- Attend to phone-in enquiries and/or emails, providing personalized services to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurate case logging into the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Follow-up on all outstanding/existing cases.
- Liaise with Business Unit Stakeholders and Overseas Partners to resolve service-related issues effectively.
- Report to the Customer Service Supervisor/Team Leader.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1 year of Customer Service experience in a call center or related industry is preferred.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner and good team player in a fast-paced environment.
