Job Description
Cheerful Personality, Creative, Customer Service Orientated, and Goal-Orientated / Good PC Skills
Working Schedule: 06:45am to 04:00pm / 10:45am to 08:00pm / 01:45pm to 11:00pm
5-day work, 2-day off.
Staff transport provided at Bedok (6:30am only) and Tanah Merah MRT stations
For those who live near Paya Lebar / Eunos / Bedok / Changi / Tampines / Simei / Loyang / Pasir Ris.
MAIN JOB-DUTY
- Handle booking of SPORTS SLOTS
- Maintain a control record of credits transfer for Sports Events
- Operate & monitor System Tablet and perform simple troubleshooting of the device, reporting on Facility Card System if it is not functioning
- Ensure all transactions and cash are accounted for and submitted to the Finance Department
- Tally all transactions made for the day and ensure errors are amended and accounted for by the end of the shift/day
- Monitor and ensure facilities are clean and in good condition
- Coordinate with the Supervisor on all Promotional Activities/Events
- Recommend Sales Promotion and other activities to Members
- Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedures
