Job Scope:
- Represent the company professionally and with empathy.
- Provide accurate information and advice to meet customer needs.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and follow up for effective solutions.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and workshops for smooth operations.
- Allocate job orders to workshops and contractors.
- Monitor service and repair quality and pricing with controllers and contractors.
- Keep customers updated on service progress and vehicle collection.
- Investigate customer complaints and suggest solutions within guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in customer service/administrative related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel.
