Job Description
WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Arranging trucking and collection of cargo.
- Processing custom permits.
- Informing shippers of any changes in vessel details or delays in arrival.
- Booking and preparing shipping documentation.
- Coordinating and monitoring shipments with carriers and clients.
- Supporting all aspects of sales and operational activities.
- Assisting operations in preparing bills of lading.
- Assisting with billing and closing jobs.
- Following up on customer inquiries, agents, and complaints.
Additional ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
