Job Description

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will perform general administrative tasks, manage enrollments and registrations, address customer inquiries, and assist with daily school operations.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 5.5 days work week. We offer a competitive pay of up to $2,800.00 per month, along with performance bonuses.

Ideal candidates should possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level or GCE ‘N’ Level, and 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. The work location is in person.
