- Attend to phone-in enquiries and emails, providing personalized services to customers.
- Accurate case logging into the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Follow up on all outstanding cases.
- Liaise with stakeholders and partners to resolve service-related issues.
- Report to the Customer Service Supervisor/Team Leader.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min GCE “O” level.
- 1 year experience in Customer Service or call center preferred.
- Active listener with problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner and a team player in a fast-paced environment.
