Job Description
ST Recruitment Centre is seeking dedicated Customer Service Officers to join our team in the Changi area. This role requires working in rotating shifts: 6:45 AM – 3:45 PM or 4 PM – 12 PM.
Responsibilities include handling bookings for events, maintaining golfer scorecards, and issuing course tickets. You will ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedures and assist senior executives in regulating sports events and competitions. Important notices must be displayed on the notice board.
We offer a 5-day work week with no quota for foreign working permits.
