Job Description

Join our team at ST Recruitment Centre as a Customer Service Officer! We are seeking candidates with a minimum of Secondary Education / N Levels or higher in a similar field. Ideal applicants should be customer service-oriented and a good team player.

This position requires working a 5-day week, including weekends, with shifts from 8:00 am to 5:15 pm or 10:45 am to 8:00 pm. Staff transport is provided, and there are no quotas for work permits.

Your responsibilities will include handling telephone calls, answering booking inquiries, managing membership services, and performing administrative duties.
