Job Description
Join Edvox Music School as a Customer Service & Operations Executive! In this role, you will:
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Recommend music courses and handle enrolments.
- Manage sales and inventory of music books and instruments.
- Prepare orders for branches.
- Document reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Self-driven, meticulous, and resourceful.
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Available for a 5-day work week.
Pay: $2,500.00 – $3,00.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 02/12/2024
