Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can handle customer inquiries regarding our services. The role involves managing incoming calls and emails, as well as generating quotes for specific requests. You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, along with email correspondence
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding our services
- Maintain communication with customers, clients, and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Create service quotations based on specified requirements outlined in the quotation/tender invitations, including the preparation of tender documents
- Coordinate resource allocation, including manpower planning and scheduling
- Promptly resolve any complaints or issues that arise
