Job Description
Dimerco Express Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage air import operations and enhance our customer experience. The successful candidate will oversee daily air import tasks, coordinate with team members, and maintain effective communication with vendors and customers.
Responsibilities include monitoring shipments, processing payments, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate documentation. Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong customer service skills.
This is a full-time position with a salary between $2,600.00 and $3,500.00.
