Job Description
Working location: UE Bizhub West
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels
- Address customer concerns and provide accurate information
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs
- Maintain updated client information
- Stay informed about services and provide accurate information
- Set up appointments, follow up with clients, and find new clients
- Prepare reports on customer service activities
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions under pressure
- Entry level candidates are welcome, training provided
