Job Description
Issue quotations, acknowledge customer purchase orders, and send invoices.
Ensure customers’ orders are processed promptly and accurately.
Coordinate stock readiness, availability, and delivery schedules.
Respond to customer queries and expedite requests.
Ensure delivery and customer requirements are met.
Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.
