Join our team at SISTIC.com Pte Ltd, located in Singapore! We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of experience in a call centre environment. The candidate will assist customers with event ticket bookings, handle inquiries, and manage hotline calls.

Skills Required:

• Previous call centre experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure
• Cheerful personality with a “Can Do” attitude
• Team player with good customer service skills
• GCE “O” / “A” Level/Diploma or higher

Working Hours:

• 9.45 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
• 1.45 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
• 4.15 p.m. to 8.15 p.m.
