Job Description

Position Summary

Handling of call-in enquiries, coordination of order fulfillment, and support to all sales related matters.

Main Accountabilities

  • Assist sales department in processing customer inquiries and meeting their needs.
  • Manage all enquires, provide timely response and follow-ups.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through various communication platforms.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, maintain interaction records, and analyze purchasing patterns.
  • Process and coordinate customer orders fulfillment, generate related documents, and engage customers to up-sell products.

Internal & External Working Relationships

Collaborate with others in a friendly manner and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Job Requirements

  • Customer service-oriented with proven experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Patience, persistence in follow-up, and adaptability to various customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,800.00 – $3,200.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
