A Customer Services Executive is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support and resolving any issues or inquiries. This position requires strong communication skills, as you will be interacting with customers through various channels, including calls, emails, and chat platforms.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
