Job Description
RIGEL TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Administrator. Responsibilities include managing telephone and email service support, handling customer complaints, scheduling technician appointments, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will also prepare warranty letters, track service reports, and assist with spare parts purchases.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Business or Engineering, with a strong willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are required. Previous experience in customer service or SAP is advantageous.
