Job Description
Location: Kallang (Near MRT)
5 Days Work Week
Salary: $1,600 – $2,00
Job Type: Contract till 5 Aug 2024 (Cover Maternity)
Responsibilities:
- Generating quotations.
- Engaging with customers to address their inquiries and needs.
- Managing incoming phone calls.
- Assisting the sales team in their activities.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems.
- Undertaking additional, as-needed tasks.
Requirements:
- GCE A Level/ Diploma
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in coordinating tasks effectively.
- Swift and accurate typing ability.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
