Locations: Woodlands / Paya Lebar / Chinatown Point / Tiong Bahru

Weekday Classes: Monday to Fridays: 8:30AM to 6:00PM / 9:30AM to 7PM / 1PM to 10PM

• 5 days work week with (1 weekday and 1 weekend) off days per week

Salary: $3,00 – $4,500

Job scope:

• Liaise with learners, trainers, and related departments & organisations for smooth programme operations
• Provide support for learners and companies via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Assist in classroom facilitation and course material preparation
• Conduct administrative tasks like attendance tracking and document filing
• Monitor and schedule trainings to ensure compliance
• Support the company’s continuous improvement in training-related areas

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, telemarketing, or related roles
• Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
