Job Description

Join our team at NOVO RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, detailing our goods and services, and addressing grievances.
• Processing transactions, including order acceptance, application handling, and managing returns and refunds.
• Documenting customer interactions by tracking questions and follow-up activities.
• Escalating issues by coordinating with relevant team members or departments.
• Maintaining and updating client information to ensure satisfaction.
• Reporting customer feedback and concerns to improve service quality.
• This position requires a commitment of 5.5 working days per week.
