Job Description
A Customs Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with import and export regulations. They will handle all customs-related documentation, including preparing and submitting customs declarations, and coordinating with government authorities for the clearance of goods. The Customs Specialist must stay up to date with changes in customs laws and regulations and provide advice to the company on customs-related matters. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of international trade laws, and excellent communication skills are required for this role.
