Job Description
Responsibilities for Data Entry Assistant
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
- Support in adhoc admin duties
- Create error-free spreadsheets with large figures
- Verify data accuracy by comparing with source documents
- Perform data updates and retrieval
- Ensure data preservation through regular backups
- Organize paperwork and greet visitors
- Maintain files and databases confidentially
- Manage communications and assist HR Manager
- Work as a team player in an office environment
Qualifications for Data Entry Assistant
- High school diploma or general education
- 1-2 years of clerical or office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Data entry experience and any certifications are a plus
