Job Description
BUZZ SHOP PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle partial accounting tasks, specifically focusing on Accounts Payable. Key responsibilities include verifying invoices and payment certificates against Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy, updating data into Xero Accounting Software, processing petty cash claims and staff reimbursements, and maintaining systematic filing of documents in the Accounts Department. Additional duties include managing incoming and outgoing calls, as well as general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
