Job Description
Zenith Infotech (S) is a Tech Recruitment firm with 27 years of presence in Singapore. We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases to ensure data security, integrity, and performance.
Job Scope:
- Design, develop, and maintain databases to support business applications
- Ensure data security, integrity, and performance
- Optimize database queries and indexing for maximum efficiency
- Troubleshoot database issues and perform maintenance tasks
- Implement data backups and recovery procedures
- Stay up-to-date with new database technologies and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in database administration
- Strong knowledge of DBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with database design, development, and performance tuning
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
