Job Description

- Facilitate business documents uploads to office web;
- Coordinate with other departments for relevant data sharing information;
- Generate pre-designed reports on Google Sheet;
- Maintain accounting records;
- Data entry of physical documents onto Google Sheet;
What you need to get started:
- Computer and wifi setup;
- Web and mobile-based usage and knowledge;
- Access to email notifications via mobile, or computer;
- Basic Google Sheet, Excel navigation, and formulas;
Job Experiences in the following role is a bonus:
- Human resource executive;
- Account assistant, auditor;
- Sales coordinator, project coordinator;
