Job Description
Company: INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.
Work Location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5, Singapore 528760
Work Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Lead team in debugging Server & Rack products post-production.
- Test, analyze, and troubleshoot product failures.
- Diagnose root causes and collaborate on improvements.
- Prepare and train on Working Instructions.
- Support NPI processes and participate in ISO activities.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Engineering with 3 years relevant experience.
- Customer collaboration and Linux knowledge preferred.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Strong understanding of testing and debugging methods.
Compliance with RBA standards is required.
