Job Description
As the Deputy Constituency Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth functioning of our organization at the local level. Working closely with the Constituency Director, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various activities to promote our mission and engage with the community.
In this position, you will be expected to assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to advance our goals within the constituency. You will collaborate with local staff, volunteers, and community leaders to build relationships, mobilize resources, and ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating our programs’ impact, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative solutions.
