Job Description

Join our dynamic team at NLB National Library Board! We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Deputy Director (Special Projects). As the Deputy Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various special projects within our organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve project goals
  • Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery
  • Leading and supervising project teams, providing guidance and support
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Preparing and presenting project reports, including status updates and performance metrics
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
