Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager for our Fulfillment Relationship department.
As the Deputy General Manager – Fulfillment Relationship, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our fulfillment operations. This includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction within the fulfillment process.
You will work closely with the General Manager and other team members to improve overall operational performance, optimize inventory management, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in fulfillment operations, inventory management, and logistics. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are crucial, as you will be leading a team and collaborating with various stakeholders.
