Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring coordination with the Construction Piping team for Test Package.
  • Ensure all materials are under strict control and all movements are recorded and duly signed.
  • Inform the Site Material Manager of any anomalies that might occur in the Warehouse and material stocks, especially in critical situations where their absence could result in slowdown work progress.
  • Prepare the following documents for corresponding personnel at the site and headquarters:
  • SPMat Application advanced user.
  • Report on the State of Purchase Orders/Deliveries to Site.
  • Report of materials Reception/Issuing.
  • OS&D report.
  • Stock of materials available in the Store and Surplus, if any.
  • Inform about forecast arrival of materials in coordination with other disciplines.
  • Keep a record of Design Change Issues in the SPMat.
  • Following Local Purchases to Ensure Integration into the SPMat.
  • Feasibility Analysis of Designed Isometrics VS Stock with SPMat.
  • Control descoping materials from Workshop issued in Thailand and Transferring to Singapore Subcontractor in SPMat.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Material and Logistics management, preferably in Oil and Gas projects.

Duration

  • 60 hours per week
  • 1-year contract, renewable
