Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy SDM. As a Deputy SDM, you will play a crucial role in assisting the HR department in various aspects of human resource management.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective HR policies, managing employee relations, assisting in talent acquisition and retention, conducting performance evaluations, and coordinating training and development programs.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of labor laws and regulations. In addition, you should have proven experience in managing HR initiatives and driving organizational success through effective people management strategies.
