Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for precast design planning & coordination with client/consultant
- In charge of the overall performance of design/engineering department & monitor precast drawing submission to meet the schedules of mould fabrication, production, and site construction
- Provide precast design, technical supports & resolve related issues for client, consultant & other internal departments throughout the stages of design, manufacturing, and site assembly.
- Propose alternative or improve existing design of precast concrete component to ensure time and/or cost efficiency and higher productivity in manufacturing, transportation, and assembly on-site
- Maintain an effective platform and system for design team collaboration, information/document centralization, and consolidation of work-oriented communication to have less chaos, better workflow, and higher quality
- Provide guidance to the team in design/engineering works with consideration of all the relevant Codes of Practice, Standards, and Authorities’ Regulatory.
Requirements: (Qualification & Experience)
- Degree in Civil Engineering, with minimum 5 years’ Precast design experience
- Possess practical knowledge in the Construction industry
- Good organization, coordination, and leadership skills
- Must be willing to work in Tuas area
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $5,00.00 – $7,00.00 per month
