Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive / Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. Additionally, you will oversee our e-commerce operations, including managing online sales, optimizing user experience, and improving customer retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities using web analytics tools and report on key metrics.
- Manage our website’s content, ensuring it is up to date and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Monitor and manage our online presence, including social media profiles and online review platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience on our e-commerce platforms.
- Identify digital advertising opportunities and negotiate media placements.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient with web analytics tools, social media platforms, and advertising platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
