Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources (HR) to join our team. As the Director, HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with our organization’s goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Leading and managing the HR team
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Managing employee relations and resolving internal conflicts
- Designing and administering compensation and benefits programs
- Developing and implementing performance management systems
