Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Learning & Talent Management to lead our team in developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee skills and maximize organizational performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles, talent development, and organizational development. They will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative learning programs, talent management initiatives, and leadership development activities.
Key responsibilities include identifying training needs, creating learning curriculums, measuring training effectiveness, and partnering with department leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.
