Job Description
- Create, review, revise, and maintain documents according to company standards.
- Ensure proper formatting, version control, and quality of all documentation.
- Establish electronic and physical document filing systems.
- Distribute documents to stakeholders and ensure access to current versions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in document management, preferably in Engineering consulting.
- Strong understanding of document control principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
