Job Description
MATRIX PROCESS AUTOMATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Document Controller to maintain controlled documentation and correspondence ensuring an up-to-date document control system.
Responsibilities include receiving and logging documentation, ensuring timely distribution to all parties, assisting in review and approval processes, and maintaining the quality of documents.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of MS Office applications, familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), and excellent typing and data organization skills.
Willingness to work at Tuas is essential.
