Roles & Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma in Engineering or relevant
• Knowledge and exposure to ISO 17025 and ISO 17020 is a must. Certification is a plus.
• Min 2 years of working experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Technical and Project Team in day-to-day documentation for the project.
• Managing the flow of documentation within the organization and keeping documents up to date.
• Ensure traceable and quality documentation through the use of internal ERP system.
• Able to handle audits.
• Submission of documents to Clients for review.
• Maintain staff records.
• Support HR dept with training application data entry and submission.
• Assist with documentation control and ISO-related matters.
• Manage office equipment maintenance.
• Provide other ad hoc support to immediate superiors.
