Job Description
OES CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Dormitory Coordinator to join our team. The main responsibilities include:
- Assisting Managers/Supervisors in the daily coordination of operational activities of the Dormitory.
- Overseeing the upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the dormitory premises.
- Ensuring that all tenant rooms meet compliance with MOM rules & regulations.
- Conducting regular unit inspections and rectifying any irregularities.
- Ensuring rooms are properly equipped for the arrival of new foreign workers.
- Implementing check-in and check-out procedures.
