Job Description
Responsible for all design-related aspects including design proposals, conceptualizing designs, detailing, material specification, and documentation.
- Prepare working drawings, plans, details, and schedules to coordinate with production and site teams.
- Study architectural and structural drawings, as well as relevant shop drawings, for the preparation of tender and awarded projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, and installers to gather quotations and samples.
- Take quantities of all related works within tenders and projects.
- Maintain proper records of all given and submission drawings.
- Observe, check, and report discrepancies verbally and in writing on both drawings and site conditions. Any variations or deviations from the shop drawings must be recorded and reported to management for follow-up actions.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
