Job Description
Dry Cleaning company seeks committed counter staff for excellent customer service. Must be organized, friendly, and proactive.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 5.5 days work week, weekends & PH off.
- Handle daily shop operations.
- Manage shop cleanliness and opening/closing.
- Respond to customer queries and follow laundry procedures.
- Ensure accurate payments and update customer database.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of garment material and laundry.
- Good English communication.
- Confident, friendly, and well-groomed.
- Meticulous, independent, with retail/admin experience preferred.
