Job Description
GRAND IMPERIAL HOTEL PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Duty Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
- Supervise and control the maintenance request system.
- Monitor utility costs and maintain records throughout the hotel.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance on plant and equipment.
- Conduct room inspections and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Liaise with and supervise Property Maintenance contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Encourage the multi-skilling of engineering team members.
