The Job
You are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, including the night shift. Your main objective is to ensure the smooth delivery of exceptional services to the property’s guests and customers.
Requirements
- Meet or liaise with other executives or managers of various departments to satisfy guests/customers’ requests
- Handle VIP arrivals
- Manage security issues and any matters concerning guests’ conduct in rooms or public areas
- Assist in reception, concierge, reservations, housekeeping, budgeting matters, and food and beverage operations
- Gather feedback and analyze market/industry trends and potential customers to make suggestions
- Supervise and guide the front office team and coordinate their work schedules
