Job Description

The eCommerce Executive at COLUCK PTE. LTD. is responsible for processing online orders, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing online listings. This role also includes maintaining social media advertisements.

Job Scope:

Manage and fulfill online sales orders on various platforms like Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Amazon, etc.
List and oversee online products.
Handle social media presence.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.
Keep the ERP platform updated.
Assist in packing and shipping orders.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and perform assigned tasks.
General administrative duties.

Requirements:

Minimum one year experience with E-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, etc.
Basic computer skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.
Willingness to learn and acquire new skills.
Knowledge of photo-editing software is a plus.
Positive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
