Job Description
- Establish work plans to resolve identified gaps arising from internal standards, SOP, audits, investigations, and inspections.
- Develop EHS continuous improvement plans through data analysis, research, and industry best practices. Utilize EHS tools for achieving objectives.
- Build effective relationships with peers, stakeholders, management, and external agencies. Leverage these relationships for EHS and business needs.
- Work collaboratively in teams with personal accountability for achieving results. Provide EHS guidance in site projects and business discussions.
- Maintain exemplary EHS compliance and program expectations by staying updated on company activities.
- Lead and organize site-wide EHS promotional activities and events.
- Communicate and enforce EHS policies and standards, balancing compliance, business risks, and customer expectations.
