Job Description
Engine Operation:
- Operate and monitor the vessel’s main and auxiliary engines.
- Ensure optimal performance of engines during operations, adjusting as necessary.
- Start, stop, and regulate engines based on operational requirements.
Maintenance and Repairs:
- Perform routine maintenance on engines, generators, pumps, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, conducting repairs when needed.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response activities.
Fuel Management:
- Monitor fuel consumption and manage inventories efficiently.
- Maintain accurate fuel usage records and report discrepancies.
Operational Support:
- Assist with steering, navigation, and vessel operations as required.
- Communicate effectively with the Captain and crew members.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain logs of engine performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports on engine conditions, fuel consumption, and maintenance needs.

Pay: $1,600.00 – $2,00.00 per month
