Job Description
Job Description:
Liaise with customers, design team, and suppliers to enhance plastic part design and manufacturability. Participate in pFMEA activities to manage risks related to plastic manufacturing. Support product transfer and new project activities. Investigate and solve process, equipment, and part issues. Develop manufacturing processes, perform equipment qualification, and process validation. Prepare product and process reports, implement engineering changes, and generate technical documents. Conduct training for shopfloor personnel and perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent. ACTA (or equivalent) Certified is a plus. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge in plastic molding and material properties. Familiarity with extrusion process is advantageous. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T. Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
