Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer II, Field Service to join our team. As an Engineer II, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and field service assistance for our clients. This position requires a strong background in engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop solutions and improve product performance
- Create and maintain documentation related to field service activities
- Provide training and support to customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field service role
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
