Job Description
Report to Construction Manager & Project Director.
Plan daily, weekly and monthly work for each section and liaise on work tasks and construction methods with foreman and workers.
Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, compliance with requirements, and record quality records.
Oversee construction of road tunnel, escape staircases, utilities & road diversions.
Resolve site engineering problems with Construction Station Manager.
Assist in preparing materials/manpower/equipment/sub-con/supplier requirements based on baseline programme.
Report events, check subcontract work quality/quantity, and conduct pre-start meetings with subcontractors.
