Job Summary:

As an Event Production Manager at Visionnaire, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and delivery of luxury events. Your expertise in technical drawings, venue analysis, and construction methods will ensure the flawless realization of complex and sophisticated event designs. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be pivotal in upholding our reputation for excellence in the luxury events sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Create detailed CADD technical drawings and analyze event venues to identify structural requirements.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers, providing guidance on existing structures and recommending construction methods and materials in compliance with ISO certification standards.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, communicating agency requirements and managing the production schedule.
• Project Oversight: Monitor project phases, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively anticipate, assess, and resolve technical or organizational issues.
• Regulatory Compliance: Apply for legal permits and ensure all activities are in line with legal, regulatory, and administrative requirements.
• On-Site Management: Oversee and manage the installation process on-site, focusing on carpentry and audio-visual aspects. Attention to details and being perfectionist is a must.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest level of quality in every aspect of event production, with a keen eye for detail.
