Job Description

This temporary position involves supporting the SUSS Advancement’s stewardship initiative during Convocation on October 8 and 9, 2024.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ushering VIP guests
- Directing award winners and graduates to the Advancement booth
- Addressing or forwarding guest enquiries
- Assisting with logistics and administrative matters at the booth
Job Requirements:
- Event support experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes
Commitment Period:
October 7 – Briefing
October 8: 8am to 8pm (2-hour break)
October 9: 9am to 9pm (2-hour break)
